項目資料由上而下分四層。每一層去對應系統填，不用另開新系統。

1. 1Project — 項目管理：New project，填 Project code（項目編號），揀 Main Contractor。
2. 2Scope — 同一頁識別 Scope，Zone 可留空。四段日期：Design start → Install start（＝Design end）→ Install end（＝DLP start）→ DLP end。項目同每個 Scope 都可以有呢四段；改 Scope 日期會同步到 項目期間。
3. 3Work item — 工程進度管理：每個 Scope 的工作項目。可標 Milestone（MS） 同 MOS。BQ 數量／BQ 單位由 QS 核對（收款頁用同一套 BQ）。
4. 4Qty & Unit — 工作項目的總數同單位（例如 m²、m、件）。可數項目唔好用 Percentage 做單位；進度百分比由完成量自動計算。

Project data is four layers, top to bottom. Fill each layer in the system named below. No separate system is required.

1. 1Project — Project Management: New project, enter Project code, then select Main Contractor.
2. 2Scope — On the same page, identify Scope. Zone may be left blank. Dates: Design start → Install start (= Design end) → Install end (= DLP start) → DLP end. The project and each Scope keep these four stages. Scope dates sync to Project Period.
3. 3Work item — Project Progress: work items for each Scope. Flag Milestone (MS) and MOS. QS checks BQ qty / BQ unit (Collection uses the same BQ).
4. 4Qty & Unit — quantity and unit on the work item (for example m², m, pcs). Countable items should not use Percentage. Progress percent is calculated from completed quantity.
